Waterstone Homes Case Study
It has been a great pleasure for us to work with Waterstone Homes and we delighted to continue doing so in 2016. Having completed the sites at Marshfield, Pencoed, and Llandaff we are now proud to have added to that list and expand our portfolio with sites at St Brides Major, Morgans Walk in Radyr, and Dinas Powys. St Brides Major and Morgans Walk are now complete and have been finished to an exceptional standard.
Morgans Walk, Radyr
Morgans Walk consists of eleven detached large family homes in a beautiful area in South Wales. There are three different house types with stone exteriors which are all of a high quality. The houses took us approximately four months to build and we were again very proud of the standard of finish achieved. Our operatives worked efficiently and diligently, under site supervisor Mark Pope, through a bad winter to produce a top-class finish and produce a product that is not only fantastic to look at but also built to the best specification.
The Barns, St Brides Major, Vale of Glamorgan
This site comprises of six traditional bespoke family homes which were completed just before Christmas 2015 after a build of around five months. The houses are a variety of house types, each type has its own individual name and look. The team which worked so well on other previous Waterstone Home sites once again worked at the St Brides location. Mark Pope, who is one of the most experienced operatives we have, led the team to finish the project in a well organised professional manner. The images show the outstanding finish that was achieved and everyone involved was delighted. All of the properties are now sold.
